Okay, I'm done, but it was just too funny to resist. :3 I'm eleven days late to the punchline, and I'm sure people have wondered where the hell I've been all summer. The answer is simple; my temple of internet, or my Grandma's house, has been empty all summer, so I was left to rot in my apartment by myself.

So what have I been up to...? Not a lot. The summer was pretty boring overall, barring family drama which is almost impossible to avoid these days. -eyeroll- Does anyone else ever wish they were born into a different family tree?

Cause at this point, I'm willing to trade for potatoes! In any case, I've pretty much been lying low at home, enjoying my trips to the library and trying not to commit mass homicide.

However, my birthday party was the highlight of this year, (okay, not including my visit to my boyfriend's, hehehe). In my small one-bedroom apartment I managed to cram three of my favourite girls on a couch to play Mario Party and Kirby: Air Ride. We stuffed ourselves with pizza, chips, and Dairy Queen ice-cream cake. We yelled at each other over lost minigames and crashing vehicles, squealed happily over victories, and laughed really hard at things that probably weren't that funny in hindsight. I was actually very impressed that we didn't get any noise complaints... Actually, I'm impressed I haven't got a single noise complaint in my entire year of living there. I'm loud when I laugh, lol, and when I have friends over, we all break our eardrums at least twice an hour. Four people is the biggest group I've had at my place ever, and we were insane. I kinda hoped that someone would knock on the door just so I could hang off of one of my three girls and answer it like I was drunk out of my mind.

As a disclaimer, no booze was passed about! We just got really hyper off of sugar and our general amusement of four teenage girls sitting in close proximity to each other. Seriously, while we were waiting for the pizza to get to my place we sat outside and dissolved into fits of laughter over the cute pizza guy and someone having nice-smelling perfume on. Too much estrogen in one place, maybe. Still, it was awesome, and I really want to do it again. Maybe the next birthday. :3

And I really don't have anything else to say. I posted a test-chapter of my crossover fic Tales of the Zodiac to see how it goes over with some Tales fans before deciding on whether or not to continue. I may take it down and return to the writing desk before trying again. In any case, I'm with my grandmother, talking to my self-appointed adopted guardian, and enjoying some music I haven't been able to listen to in awhile. YAY FOR INTERNET.
